Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window & Condition – 30 days. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with all parts.

Non‑returnable – Installed or used fan lights/lamps; final sale items; missing/damaged packaging.

Process – Contact us for RMA. Customer pays return shipping (freight for large items). 15% restocking fee may apply. Refund within 10‑15 business days.

Damaged/Defective – Contact within 48 hours with photos. Do not use if damaged. Replacement or refund.
